Will I experience any disruption in service?
Our goal is to minimize disruptions during the transition. We will give you ample notice on your service-end-date so you have time to transition your services.
What are the alternative options available to me if my service is affected?
If available, we will provide you with alternative Hawaiian Telcom solutions that align with your business needs. If a Hawaiian Telcom solution is not available, we will do our best to recommend other vendors or product replacements.
How will I be notified if my service is affected?
You will receive a notification with details of the services being discontinued. We will communicate this information through email or letter to help you through the transition.
Can I discuss my options with someone from your team?
Yes. Your Account Manager is available to address your questions and discuss the transition options. If you are unsure who your Account Manager is you may call us at (808) 643-4411.
How will these changes benefit me and my business?
These changes will allow us to focus on providing superior services in core areas, providing you with more robust, expert support and solutions in network, voice, and secure network services.
Will my current Internet and Voice services be impacted?
No, your Internet and Voice services will remain the same. Your Account Manager will reach out to you if any products are affected.
If I am on a term contract for services that will be discontinued, will I be subject to termination liability?
No. Termination liability will not be charged on discontinued products.
What services are being retired from Hawaiian Telcom’s business solutions portfolio?
The following services will no longer be sold. Existing customers will need to migrate off of these services by the product retirement date or upon contract expiration as noted below.
