Hawaiian Telcom Referral Program Program Rules

The Hawaiian Telcom Referral Program gives existing Hawaiian Telcom customers opportunities to refer their friends and family to subscribe to qualifying Hawaiian Telcom services and earn referral credits.

  • The customer making the referral (also known as the “referrer”) must be an existing Hawaiian Telcom customer to participate.

  • The referrer cannot refer themselves.

  • The referrer can earn up to $300 in referral credits per year (which is equivalent to 10 successful referrals within a calendar year).

  • The referred customer (also known as the “referee”) cannot currently have the qualifying Hawaiian Telcom service, nor have it included within their monthly maintenance fees (as part of a Hawaiian Telcom bulk agreement with their AOAO). The Referral Program is for NEW service only.

  • Referees can only accept one (1) referral.

  • Referees must provide the referral code, from their referrer, to the Hawaiian Telcom Customer Service Representative at the time the order for service is placed. Referral codes CANNOT be submitted after the order has been placed.

  • The referee must subscribe to the qualifying Hawaiian Telcom service for at least 60 days after the installation date, in order for any credits to be applied.

  • Referral credits will be applied to both the referrer and referee’s Hawaiian Telcom bill.

  • For referrers, referral credits are stackable (as more than one friend can be referred at one time), however any remaining credit balance will not carry over to the next month.

  • If for any reason the referee cancels their qualifying Hawaiian Telcom service, credits will no longer be issued to both the referrer and referee. A refund check for unused credits will not be issued.

  • Hawaiian Telcom has the right to withhold any credits for suspected abuse of the Referral Program, which may be determined in Hawaiian Telcom’s sole discretion.
